Hello everyone im krista I havr a 1 year old daughter and love work in out we live in sc. Ig anyone is up for being friends and stuff let me know. Also if you need some insight on somethings to help you with your progress let me know as well my boyfriend is a personal trainer and he's helped me out on my journey.

    Hello, I would love to know some tips for tightening up my stomach and arm area. I've lost 60 pounds (not rapidly though) and i can't seem to get the extra little pooch off of my stomach. I would like to do something with my arms too. I have big arms because they run on my mom's side of the family but i want to know how i can get that little bit of really squishy fatty skin off.
