poly helping health

My guy and I have been dabbling with poly for a while now. I've always believed that one person shouldn't be the sole meeter of another's needs, for some it's humanly impossible. For e it's impossible. I have many health issues nd can't always meet the needs of my guy. He's been out with other women and it's filled that gap during my hospitalization and home recovering or going back to work. He's still very attentive and affectionate with me and I love it but this last weekend I had several people wanting to play and flirt with me. This issue came up "if I don't have the strength for his needs I shouldn't be putting the effort in to even flirt with others". Where is the line drawn on healthy poly when someone has severe medical issues.
