How is everyone?
I hope your week is off to a great start!

I am planning on getting my mile in tonight after kickboxing!

Saturday's miles were on the treadmill and no walking! And, if I hadn't had class, I probably would've kept going - they felt that good!

How was your weekend? My legs were sore yesterday, but still walked a little over a mile to keep them loose.

    Jogged 2 miles yesterday. Plan on doing it again tomorrow. I love the way I feel after a run. I just have to keep telling myself that so I don't talk myself out of running in the AM.

    Good job getting your mile in.

    Due to medical reasons I'm withdrawing from this challenge. I'll make it my goal to do it from the 4 of July to Labor Day instead. I should be healed up by the 4th.

    I know a friend of mine is going to put up another challenge on facebook for after the 4th. I can keep you posted on what that is when she finally decides. I started this one based on that.
