Jamie Eason's Live Fit Program While Pregnant

I was about a month in on her program when I found out I was pregnant. Has anyone done this program while pregnant and did you have success with it? I dont feel it will be too strenuous on my body, and I can just keep lifting light weights. Would love your thoughts on this. I am 5 weeks pregnant!!

    I cannot comment on doing it while pregnant, but I've done it while I wasn't and it was very hard on my body. Phase 1 was easy and I believe only 4x a week which is good, Phase 2 is okay as well, but Phase 3 is too much. And I'm used to some heavy weight lifting... If you modify/adapt it for you it may work though. But 6x a week seems a lot. Good luck! :)
