Think you need some motivation to help you get off of your bum and go get in some activity? Check out these challenges! Read over the rules and jump into participation on the current threads for them!

The Rotten Egg! - http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1313601-challenge-the-rotten-egg

The rotten egg is based on calories burned. The more you burn, the better quality of an egg trophy you claim! See if you can hit the elite! Those who post and earn one of the top three highest scores will be mentioned in the Hall of Fame posts on the rules thread!

The Phoenix Egg! - http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1306446-challenge-the-phoenix-egg

The phoenix egg challenge is very much like the rotten egg; however, it has a couple of twists. For one, it isn't just based on calories burned, but minutes of activity that you have logged in. The true goal of this challenge is to dare you to get into the habit of movement every day, even if it's only for 15 minutes! The phoenix egg also gives prizes! I have hand drawn the eggs you choose from and have drawn and colored each stage of prize that you an earn to use as a ticker image! That isn't all. Some may earn a "wish" and have a free commission drawing for their ticker image prize! Read the rules to find out more about it! Those who win the wishes and those who logged the most minutes and calories burned will be mentioned in the Hall of Fame posts on the rules thread!

Challenges in the making!

I'm hoping to figure out some challenges involving steps taken, distance covered, and even some fun team games for weekly based goals! If you have any ideas, mention them in Chit Chat, Motivation, or even PM myself or Tabby (Tabitha_Cramer) so we can work out how to type it, post it, and possibly illustrate it on the group forums! :D
