My name is christina.ilive in south salem,or.i have never been below 195lbs that i can remember.idid low carb high protein for 9 weeks and lost 43lbs, from 279to 236. Stopped due to stress, lack of willpower and money isdues, oh and we had to move. For 2 months i ate regular, stayed about 242. Back watching what i eat but am only doing calories,regular carbs for now, darn watermelon,lol.

Cw 239.4, lost 2.6lbs between june 1-9th
Stg (short term goal) 229
Mtg (medium term goal) 200 by aug/sep 2014
Ltg (long term goal) 150 by december 2014

I am striving to lose about 2-3.5lbs a week, i am eating when hungry, only healthy foods and moving my butt!

I enjoy walking, i want to start bike rides again, learn to run. I know running sounds esy, but truthfully inever have run except in elementary school.....so sad and it was more sprint than anything. In the gym i enjoy swimming laps (or splashing around), the elipyical, weight lifting.

It would be awesome to make new friends in the area, work our butts off this summer together, have a blast and get healthier!!
