Hi Hudson Valley Friends.
I just started to use My Fitness pal after losing 35 pounds with Lose it.. Still want to
lose about 20 more.
I run a cycling group on the Rail Trails on Monday night at 6PM. All ages and abilities are welcome! We have die hard riders as well as beginners!
Monday 6/19 , we ride the Dutchess trail. Meet at the lot on Old Manchester rd(the one with the porta potty and nearest to trail) behind paige lumber.
We love new members!! Reply with an email and I'll but you on the email list or just show up one night and ride!! We ride 15-20 miles depending on the trail, pace and light.
