Those of you who workout ... Do you eat prior to working out? I guess it's more for those that workout in the mornings. I wake up at 4am to workout before work. I have a cup of Joe
and I will eat a couple hard boiled eggs, normally. I am curious what other's do.
Also, Do you count that as breakfast?

yes I always eat before working out. I feel very lightheaded if I don't eat. Especially with coffee, I need to eat or i'll be very jittery. I have low blood sugar issues and its soo bad when I'm breastfeeding, I'm kinda dreading breastfeeding this time around LOL. I just finished breastfeeding my son like 4months ago (hes a year and 5months old now, got pregnant really quick this time around, lol. I originally wanted to wait until he was 2, but this baby wanted to come sooner
)) when I'm pregnant the blood sugar issues isn't as bad, but I have to eat frequent. SO far so good! my breakfast consists on 1egg (either pan fried or scrambled) 1 Ezekiel bread with light cream cheese and some sliced veggies, usually bell peppers and tomatoes. Sometimes I will drink coffee (since being pregnant I haven't had much coffee cause it makes me gag lol) but usually I'll drink a sparkling water (La Croix). I just started working out again and boy does it make me hungry lol

I am finding that I am really hungry so I am thinking I need to eat more carbohydrates pre-workout. I will try ezikiel w/ PB tomorrow morning and maybe the hard boiled eggs after?!0
