new to group

hi everyone,

i just joined the group. i've been doing turbo jam and turbo fire for the past 3-4 years. i don't follow the program; instead, i just do what i feel like for the day. since last summer, i've been adding a lot more weight training to my workouts (via fitnessblender.com) so i have't been turbo'ing as much. i am just amazed that after all these years, i still LOVE the workouts. i've tried other cardio kickboxing type of workouts (eg. les mills cardio combat and stuff from realfit tv) but i always go back to chalene b/c i love the music and the choreography .i hope she comes up with another series of turbo. thanks! mary
