Weight maintenance with PCOS

So I have reached a place where I am happy with my body by eating at the lose 1 lb. a week deficit of calories.
I'm starting to become sick of eating at a deficit, and I'm wondering if I can eat at maintenance without gaining all the weight back.
Do any ladies with PCOS have success with maintaining their weight while eating at maintenance, or do I always have to eat at a deficit?

There's no reason increasing your calories to maintenance level should make you gain all the weight back (if you gain the weight back, then the calorie amount you picked isn't maintenance), especially if you were successful at losing weight just doing it the MFP way. Just increase your calories slowly (about 50-100 calories a week), until you reach the point that you're no longer losing weight and are maintaining it.0

Ditto dragonwolf.
I recently switched to maintenance; so far so good.0
