what are you setting your macros at?

Honestly, I can't remember, and when I go check my settings on MFP it just tells me how many grams, not the percentages. I figured it out based on this US government website:

I believe I had to create an account to get specific recommendations. However, when choosing my foods, I mainly concentrate on adding good things to my diet, and don't worry about going over on "bad" things. I figure that if I stay within my calories, and try to eat as much fruit, vegetables, lean meat, etc., as possible, then it will balance out. I have my food diary set to track protein, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, and iron.0
