Hi there,
I am almost three years post sleeve and for the most part doing great. I broke my leg in March and have been begging on couch ever since, so unfortunately have gained 5 pounds. I need support to get back on band wagon. And food ideas

    Hi Lori. Three years out - congrats! I would go back to basics while you are layed-up; lean protein and fluids. Avoid fats and carbs and track everything in MFP (if you are not doing so already). Set MFP to lose 1 pound per week with a "sedentary" setting. Stary under and you shoul ddrop that weight right off.

    I too am 3 years out, but not yet at goal. Take heart! Once you heal that 5 pounds will come right back off. It's hard to maintain when you can't move.
