I was bummed to not make my miles this weekend.
Helped move a refrigerator on Saturday and, on top of celebrating Father's Day Sunday, I ended up helping mow at my grandmother's. Great weekend, just not for miles. :ohwell:
But I did get 1.5 miles in on the treadmill yesterday. Too muggy to run in the great out of doors.
How are all of you doing?
