Cheat Opportunity

This week, there are two opportunities to cheat:
1) Send us (info@crossfitthunderstorm.com) your points total from last week (Mon-Sun) by Wednesday at 9 pm and you can have one cheat - as in, a beer or two, a slice or two of pizza, a moderately sized desert.
2) Post a recipe here to this board that meets all the Challenge rules and earn a paleo cheat. That is, you can make yourself something containing a natural sweetener (honey, maple syrup, agave, dates, bananas) but that still must conform to the other rules. Check out Julia's awesome post full of recipes and websites for ideas. You'll find banana bread, brownies and a host of other things on this site that you can make.
I hope that you are all staying on track! Don't forget to ask questions. And remember, it's only 25 days. You can do it. Ask yourself, when you cheat, who are you really cheating? The challenge or yourself?
