I realize that this is a group dedicated to VSGers and that is what I plan to have in a few months.
I just came across this really interesting comparison chart of different types of Bariatric Surgeries.
Being pre-surgery I am always trying to educate myself about the huge life change I am preparing for.
I found this comparison chart to be very interesting as I continue to learn more.
For those that are interesting in reading this chart I thought I would share the link.
I realize that we cannot believe everything we read but the article seems to validate what I have already learned about VSG.
At this point and for myself I know that I am making the right decision for me to have VSG.

Id agree to most of it besides the diet part...the diet part well it really depends on activity and what you are putting in not so much calories...if u sit all the time maybe...if you are active you get more carb as carbs are energy foods...u burn a lot of energy you get more energy foods its pretty simple.
