Just wanted to share the Time Magazine Cover i saw at my daughter's doctors office today. All about how we were wrong about fats and saturated fats and carbs.

You have to have a subscription to read it online or most libraries get a copy you can read or check out there. Really interesting article, i wish the doctor had kept us waiting longer so i could have finished it. :laugh:
