1 Corinthians 6:19-20
King James Version (KJV)
19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
Our bodies house the Holy Spirit. This is encouragement to take care of these temples. We have power on the inside of us. Ephesians 3:20 tells us that He will do exceedingly abundantly above all that we can ask or think according to the power that worketh in us. That power is that Holy Ghost power.

20 Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.
Just a little encouragement to take care of the bodies that the Lord has given us so that we can continue to carry the cross and fight the good fight of faith. Glory to God!!!!!!
