I am just new to Fitness pal. The first week of my program, I done a calorie count (Not to lose weight, but) to see how bad my diet really is and work out what needs done to lose weight.
Despite being 5 stone (700 lbs) overweight. My calories are low, my fat levels are low and even my sugar levels are fine.However I found out that my calcium and protein levels are shocking, which worried me because I had a calcium problem as a child which I luckily grew out of. Now there is a risk of it returning.
I eat a lot of process foods and with my very low income I find healthy eating too much for me to afford. Any advice would be welcome........laugh
