Air conditioning has been out for 3 days, the first day they came the motor was running and they put Freon in and said give it a whle and see if it was the motor. Well the motor conked out an hour later, I had to go to Walmart to get a small unit for hundred bucks but worked great and made us comfy. They came yesterday and then we decided to get a new unit because our is 23 years old. Well they could not come til the next day. Today I hope it will be fixed.
But the neat thing is I got stressed trying to figure out what to do, working and all, the hot house, but I ate strawberries. Usually I would go to chips but reminded myself Hey, you know what you do when you are stressed. Seem to help just being aware. I actually lost a pound!
