Hi all :-)
I'm new to the whole Veggie/Vegan thing, as I've consumed meat and animal products my whole life!
Something recently in me has changed though and I'm not really sure why or how, and I just stopped enjoying meats really, although I'm still a lover of Cheese and Milk, so probably wont be giving up dairy/going Vegan.
I'm also really interested in the health benefits supposedly available from a Vegetarian lifestyle. (I've been watching some videos on Youtube from DurianRider and Freelee the banana girl who promote the raw vegan lifestyle with an 80/10/10 Macro split of Carbs/Protein/Fat.) They seem to be lean and look pretty healthy, and who doesn't love fruit?
Anyway, this is mostly about me introducing myself - But if anyone has any quick and easy/tasty Vegetarian recipes or anything I can try they'd be appreciated! I'm only on day two, but I have a feeling I could quite easily get tired of Pasta and Rice dishes in the afternoons/evenings quite quickly! - My Diary from the last two days is open anyway for you to have a look at, im hoping to up my calories a little too, my TDEE is 2200 calories and I'd like to keep eating at that level!
I'm away to Spain tomorrow on holiday with my girlfriend so may dip into some meat/fish there as from experience it's nicely cooked and prepared in the Med (Depends what's available at my hotel) But when I'm back I'd like to definitely stick to Vegetarian :-)
