Accident Prone

I have never been accident prone but I seem to be now. I messed up my same hand (left) again today, this time the ball of the thumb on my palm, I cut it while I was cleaning for our party tomorrow. This means I will be doing T-Tapp and cardio for the next week, that is right where the bar goes. Right now I have to keep my arm up as much as possible or too much blood goes there and it looks all blue and purple.
I don't know what is up with me being like this when I never have been before, but I have to be more careful.

Give it back! That's my curse! I'm used to bearing that burden! lol! (A lot of people call me krash for a reason! lol).
For the longest time, it would seem like whenever I'd get in a groove i,d get hurt and have to step aside and let it heal for a while. Heck, it still happens. Just don,t let it become the reason you stepped away for a prolonged period of time. get right back to it as soon as you can handle it! It'll be fine!
I might start a bubble wrap armor company. I'm sure i,d make a buck with that thing! lol0 -
LOL on the bubble wrap armour, guess I could use that. I had to take 2 sessions off for my finger, and it will probably be 3 for my palm, so I guess I will be cardio queen this week. If I can do it any sooner I will, it does seem to be healing nicely, but it is just such a bad spot, right where the bar goes, so I have to make sure it is healed enough not to split open.
I am not going to stop lifting, are you kidding? It is getting rid of my butt fat, inner thigh fat, and the remainder of my love handles, but I am down to an inch, and also need to lose the rest of that lower belly fat. It already got rid of my saddlebags which I had a hard time with my whole life, and other back fat I had which I don't anymore, no way I am going to stop lifting, lifting rocks!0 -
My son and I got some type of food poisoning or something, we were both sick yesterday, actually I was sick from Monday afternoon at work. The happy side effect of that is I didn't exercise and rested, even stayed home yesterday, and although up until yesterday I thought my puncture wound on my palm was not healed on the inside enough yet to lift, just healed more on the surface, today it is much better, and I decided I am going to start lifting again tonight. If I do Wed, Fri and Sun then I can pick it up Tues and I will have only lost 1 week (3 sessions) of lifting due to my accident. NO more accidents! I think my palm will be fine but of course I will be careful. I did do 2 body weight strength training sessions last week just to do something, but all that jumping around is not my favorite.0
