A new challenge

This coming week I am taking a class at our local Cultural Arts Center in downtown Columbus.
The class is jewelry making which is something I enjoy! And it keeps my hands busy.
They are providing breakfast, that isn't a problem to avoid, and lunch is on our own.
There isn't a fridge or ice machine in the building, no real way to keep anything cold. Yes I have ice packs and an insulated bag. I have already started prepping my lunches/food for the week. Temps are going to be in the high 80s and pushing 90 this week.
I am planning to freeze water bottles with the hopes they will thaw in time to fix shakes, hoping to take bars too and hoping they do not melt by the time I eat them. Planning to take fruit and salads with me.
Does this sound like I have covered my bases to succeed? Any other suggestions?
