JULY 2014 Starting Choose to loose

I have the book and have never started the plan. I want to start up in JULY as I am moving at end of June and feel this is a good time to make these changes. Is there anyone on this plan that can friend me so I can get some support on Meals and staying on track? I want to start July 1st...

    Welcome Chelseagirlfl. I currently follow CMLM by Chris Powell. I tweak it ever so slightly though mainly because I do strength training three days a week and I need carbs to help fuel my system and muscle recovery.     I have done his plan about 2 years ago with a lot of success and then fell off the wagon so to speak. However, I am back and following again. Friend me if you would like.
