Hello Everyone,
I just got the book on Saturday so I'm going to finish it here in the next day or two. Liking everything I've read so far.
But I was thinking since we don't have any threads open yet I'd start by introducing myself. I'm Autumn, I'm a SAHM that writes part time. I'm 33 and used to be fairly active but since having two kids I've just been ignoring me. I've just started a walking program in preparation for running again.
