I'm new and 14 weeks prego!

Hi there,

My name is Veronica (5'2 1/2" & 161 lbs) and i'm 24 years old with 2 children (boy 3 1/2, girl 1 1/2). I just joined myfitnesspal today and expecting my 3rd child due Christmas Day. With that, i'm 14 weeks prego this week and I want to maintain a healthy weight.

Before I got pregnant with my 1st I was 125lbs. By the time I was 6 months pregnant I was under weight due to a horrible home. When I moved in with my now husband, I gained 75lbs. I lost most of my weight (160lbs) by summer. Then by my wedding I was 150 lbs. I then concieved my daughter and gained 40lbs by 40 weeks. By the time she was 5 months I weighed 145lbs.

14 weeks ago I found out I was pregnant and that I weighed somehow 175lbs! With determination of trying to lose weight and be healthy this time around I have so far lost 15lbs

Now 14 weeks and weigh 161 lbs.

I wanna stay fit! I dont know what happend to my body and i'm ashamed of myself. I now have stretch marks and just pre 2 babie fat still due to 2 c-sections and complicated pregnancies.

Does anyone else ever feel this way? Can anyone give me tips?

I wanna be myself again.
