Feeling discouraged....

HI, I am getting married exactly 2 months from today. I was supposed to have lost 20 lbs by the wedding. I got down 17 lbs then gained 7 after my fiance's father died in may, and getting stressed over my vehicle not working, and going to get another one, and not having credit enough to get a loan. A lot on my plate.

But i had made a deal with my fiance that i would lose 20 lbs in order for us to get married. After 14 years and 3 kids. I didn't want to regret our pictures and look at them with disqust with my weight.

He didn't put that on me to be malicious, he just knew i would want to be happier with some weight lost and figured that would be super motivation.

But today he mentioned how disappointed he is that i haven't made good on my part of the deal.

I am trying very hard. I had a rough go of it, but i am bound and determined.

But i just feel very discouraged, and bad right now.

sigh.....sometimes i just wish he would be more supportive.

Nothing like taking a walk when you are pissed off. I just walked for 1.20 miles while listening to workout music. I was walking at a good pace too.

Proud of myself for taking my frustrations and turning it into a good thing.

I'm very pro-walking. That's how I'm losing all my weight.

Anyway, what's important is that you'll be together. You'll love him when he's chubby, old, and wrinkly won't you? If so, the most important element is there and you should just focus on spending the rest of your life with him. 10lbs should not be enough to make or break a marriage.
