Last Week Weight: 285.5
Tuesday Weigh-In: 283
Total Loss This Week: 2.5
I was drinking at least 96oz of water a day at one point and felt great. Weight loss was going real well. Lots of energy. Sometime early last week I started to slack off on the water and I was barely getting 64oz a day. I started feeling tired and run down. Last couple of days my water intake has been up to 96oz or more and I feel great.
Lesson Learned - Drink your water!
I've been listening to an audio book when I walk to help me along. I get lost in the story and before I know it, I've walked 30 mins.
I want to bump up my walking to 45 mins a day... I just have to plan my lunches accordingly. Sometimes it's hard to get away especially during my busy season. I'm getting a standing desk in a couple of weeks so I'm hoping that will keep me more focused.0 -
Today I went in for my body composition appt with the exercise physiologist. We do this appt when we are prepping to go into realimentation at my clinic to make sure our goal weight is correct. I've decided to realiment early because I want to get back into a normal exercise routine and after 7.5 mos I am tired of the diet and need a break. I've been working out hard, too hard for the diet and my weight loss has completely stalled. My goal weight remains 150 which the doc and exercise physiologist are happy with.
So my body comp results as of today are:
BF% start: 61%
BF% today: 31.5%
BMI start: 51
BMI today: 31
Weight start: 286
Weight now: 175
I will repeat my body comp and do my REE test in late Sept/early Oct after I've realimented and have been back on a normal diet for a while.0
