We leave on July 23. I'm getting pretty excited! We just did a two night practice hike in the Black River State Forest in western Wisconsin. The boys did pretty well. It's finally starting to feel real.

We're doing itinerary 22. Anyone have any thoughts or experiences to share?

    21 days and counting. Hitting the gym 2x a day now.

    Doesn't look like anyone is reading. Oh well. We leave in 6 days.

    Trying to hike 4-5 miles per day with some big hills every morning, with a 45 pound pack.
