Mine is to run at 10km for 10 minutes.

  • Mine is to get down to 180 lbs :) I'm currently at 184. At a pound a week, I should be ok!
  • My goal is to stop snacking while watching TV. I'm going to replace the snacks with tea or just get up and take the dog for a walk!
