i have a facebook group for those of us that hysterectomy and weight gain but was hoping to find more good tips on here its not easy after surgery

What's your FB group? I've been trying not to be discouraged with the (lack of) weight loss since my surgery. It seems I've always been trying to loose weight, even before the surgery, but really have puts lots of effort in the 3 months since and still not to my pre-surgery weight.0
