I'm looking for some nice friendly, funny, British people to be my friends! Please take pity on me! I'm Louise, I'm 31 and I live in the East Midlands. I'm on a mission to get fit and addicted to MFP. I'd like to lose a stone, tone up and get my dream arms by christmas! Any tips and encouragement would be greatly received :-)
