I can relate jerber......but we just need to move forward (I say that as I only got in 5000 steps today...not good!). I am going home on vacation to Az, so I plan on swimming when I get home. I am hoping that that may kick start me into exercising more again. What about you....anything/form of exercise or physicial activity that you enjoy and it may be the trick to kick starting your motor again??
Have you tried any of the 'Sweatin' to the oldies' with Richard Simmons?? Seriously the music is great...but the exercise may be a little lame for you...not tough enough, but sure is fun though!!!

i was proud of myself today for dragging myself to the gym and watching the first half of the us/germany world cup game on the elliptical before meeting my peeps at the bar for the second half.
day 26 of my core challenge looms before me and i am 2100 steps shy of 10,000, but i will crush both goals!
