I have been weight lifting for a couple of months now but each week, I get more involved. This week, I tried doing a 5x5 approach to squats. I have not had REAL doms in my legs after squats the past couple of weeks. I tried this approach with lower weight than I am used to and worked up to my last set of the weight I have been doing regularly. It's like I have never done a squat in my life! I am so sore I can barely walk! I feel like this helped me really break through that barrier where I felt like my squats weren't really doing much. I just wanted to share.
