Mood swings/depression

Hello, my name is Morgan and I have a question for all you Phentermine users. I recently started taking Phentermine on Monday 6/26. Monday and Tuesday I felt great. No real changes in anything other than decreased appetite. Yesterday (Wednesday) and today (Thursday) I have had pretty intense mood swings and what I think is depression. I am exercising everyday around 12:30 for about an hour as well as eating healthily with a caloric intake between 1200-1500 calories per day. Do you think this change in mood is a side effect of the medicine? What are your experiences with this?
