FOOD DIARY

Hey All,
If you feel comfortable doing so, make your food diary "public". It will allow us to see if everyone is logging food and also to get food ideas from others, especially if most of our goals are similar. I also recommend using JE FIT (app and website) to track your workouts and get exercise routines. I'm on there under KD1116. Its a really great app. On my JE FIT profile are my pictures of my current size, whereas my MFP profile pic is a picture from 2012, my motivation pic.
