Want to say Congrats to Norah for winning her work weight loss competition! Just saw she loss impressive 11.5% of her body weight! That is a huge accomplishment! So proud of you girl! What an inspiration! Well deserved prize money too!

    This group has been an amazing source of support for me throughout these past couple of months. I feel so lucky to have found a group of such compassionate, supportive people. i know I couldn't have done this alone, because I've tried before. This is the first time I've been open and honest about my journey, and I think it's been really helpful.

    So thank you all, again, so much for being part of this community. It means so much to me.

    Now, I'm about to head out to the running store to get properly fitted for a new pair of shoes and I'm so excited!
