Got 5000 steps in, climbed stairs and just finished some heavy duty vaccuming of cat hair in all my rooms and cleaned the floors. Am pooped!!! But I moved my butt!!! lol I am flying out tomorrow for AZ so may not get a chance to check in. I will be walking the airports!!!! If I am not checking in....I will do so on Tuesday....I start to swim on Wednesday!! yeah!!0

I skipped the treadmill + elliptical since only one of each in the gym and they were both being used.
30 Day Challenge Abs kicked my @ss today...:noway:
50 crunches
50 sit ups
30 leg raises
38sec plank
When I reached to the plank part, I was loving it :bigsmile:0 -
I ran 5.5 miles without stopping! Yippee! It wasn't fast, but I did it! After I ran, I walked another mile...giving me 6.5 miles for the day.0
