Well Friday went well NO BEER OR WINE, however I did have beer last night. Yes it was the weekend, but I had planned not to have anything do to my lack of self control. I must say that it was just because I had not had anything that made me want it. But I had it and was like ok that's done No more! And for me that was a victory because I don't know how to stop once I get started. So on to the start of a new week.
