Indeed, I found it quite difficult at first. However, MFP puts the food types we've had already in a list though so it does get easier to log those in.0

Katie, I too weigh 190 lbs and want to lose 40 lbs by around September. We can do this!!
Also, it does get easier logging food! Although there are times when I just go with the similar food item I ate that has the most confirmations.0
