So, today was Rest Day and day to change my meals.
I'm trying to reduce Carbs this week, to fit my macros 40/30/30 (Carbs/Protein/Fat) and it was easier than I though :bigsmile:

i didn't log activity over the weekend, but i did make sure to keep moving! i did 35 minutes on the elliptical today and burned 414 calories. today is also my last day of core challenge; i'm planning to start the squat challenge tomorrow.0
