I can't believe tomorrow is July first already! Summer will be over before it ever gets started. I'm sure that is especially true for you folks in Montana. I had a good weekend and I weighed the same this morning as I did Friday morning so that is always a good sign that I will have a loss this week. I am weighing in on Thursday this week because the 3rd is our big 4th of July fireworks and celebration. We go to the local college where they have always had a good fireworks display. Last year they started having an alumni appreciation banquet the same night so we go to that. They rope off a special area and serve food and drinks. So that will be a good time.

Hope you all had a good weekend and Carol it was good to see you posting, it's been a while.

Just because it has been in the 60's here does not mean we are not in Summer LOL!!! Although later this week we are supposed to get into the mid 80's, which is way too hot for us here in the sticks. Now if we can just survive the heat until the end of August when it starts snowing again.. "Winter is coming" is an apt term here that we use.

Just like Howie, I stayed the same over the weekend. A lot of running around at a match helped, and spending most of the day Sunday wrenching on the Suburban too. Maybe, just maybe, I can post some sort of loss by Friday.

Friday I may have to break out the Tannerite for the boys and have some fun.

Sunny and dry in California. Its forest fire season and we are "officially" in a drought. I think we've been in a drought for many years but the government kept saying "oh no, we are fine" :grumble: Water your lawns.
My Veggie garden is coming along, just harvested my first broccoli yay!

I won my little 60 days biggest loser. Whoo hoo!
I've lost a total of 8lb ever since I started carbnite 8 weeks ago. For me that is huge. I've done the low calories and working out 2-3 hours a days route. Feeling miserable, tired, hungry and defeated only to lose 1-2lb a month.?!?
This CNS I can do, does it suck when I'm at social situation and I can't eat or drink whatever? Sure! But I think its worth it. I'm not going to half *kitten* this weight loss thing again. Losing and gaining the same 10lb and not being able to move forward.
Oh. One thing I did learn is that I cannot have alcohol. Wine is fine (on carn nite) but alcohol.. Nooooo.

Mark and Howie I hope you guys see a loss as well!

Carol - hope to see more post
    Happy 4th of July!

Ok, not Friday yet. I posted a 231 today, so I have come down over a pound since last week.. I have 229 in my sights now!! I know something is working since at the match last weekend my competition belt was much easier to get on :D

California has been in a perpetual drought for at least 20 years.. Heronh, it sounds like you have become a lot closer to figuring out what works for you, and congrats on winning the challenge!
