Oh yeah!!! The first day of July! I hope everyone have a great day getting their 20 minutes in! For those that are feeling under the weather, I'm thinking about you and hope that you get better soon.

happy july! i went to a HIIT class at the y this morning, then did 25 minutes of walking/running on the treadmill. i'll definitely make my 10k steps today, too (i fell short over the weekend). i've also finished my core challenge and am starting a squat challenge and a plank challenge today.0

oops,,, I got today in but yesterday just wasn't happening... so if I do 60 minutes today but none yesterday can I count it? if I ask nicely? please?0

I've been sick the last two days, but today I was able to get in Level 1 of the 30 Day Shred. I thought I would also go for a walk this evening, but that didn't happen. Hopefully I'll be able to do more tomorrow.0

Hi all!!!! I think averaging out a week is acceptable as long as you do try to work out every day. If you miss a day, then put in more time the next day! Keep moving everyone. I went on another walk this evening.0

i don't think I will count it. the point is to do something every day.... so I missed a day.. rats..0
