Good morning. I am 18 weeks pregnant and am continuing with my crossfit routine during my pregnancy. I wanted to reach out to other crossfit moms out there and support one another. I don't know about yall, but I have gotten excessive unsolicited advice from people who have no idea what they are talking about with regards to diet (paleo + dairy) and exercise (crossfit and running).
My goals for my preganncy are:
-try to eat as paleo (+ dairy) is possible due to my gluten allergy
-exercise five times a week (crossfit, running, biking, swimming, etc)
-try not to exceed 15-20 lbs of weight gain, most of it in the last trimester
Post pregnancy my goals are:
-try to breastfeed
-try to drop the baby weight in two-three months
My goals for my preganncy are:
