Hello everyone,
I've been popping around new places trying to keep motivated to work out every day. Eating right isn't really a problem for me anymore, it's the keeping active all day, everyday. My current goal is a minimum of 20 minutes of rowing and 20 minutes of walking/jogging a day. If anyone wants to help me/needs help with some accountability, add me!
