    We use Muscle Pharm, Optimum nutrition and BS Lean desert protein(smoothies mostly bc its thicker) and I drink the BSN if i mix in creatine bc it makes that way easier to drink with the thickness.

    A1supplements.com is a great website as well. We usually get stuff within 24-48 hrs max.

    I use Formulx-so far so good, the vanilla tastes good and blends well too. Haven't tried the chocolate though....I just add cacao powder if I want to change it up.
