What exercise works for you?

So right now, I only have one fully functioning limb! My left arm is sore and I've got a flareup in my groin, and I'm suffering from shin splints from running too much too soon.

So I'm wondering if anyone has any easy on the HS but good on the calorie burning exercises that they like to do.

    I'm late responding to this, but I feel you. I'm pretty much completely incapacitated right now after several weeks of doing great walking exercise. I've been looking into simple bodyweight exercises. I don't know how many calories it would burn, but I know I don't sweat as much doing calisthenics and I can still build a little muscle and stay active. And it's something that is easy to do at home. Right now, I do wall push-ups, squats, crunches or sit-ups if I'm able to, and lots of stretching.

    Swimming is really good too, if you have access to a pool. That will definitely burn some calories.
