So this Friday is July 4 th, and with all the BBQ's going on how do you plan on staying on track?
Bbq is my most favorite food, so I know this will be a challenge for me.
I plan on making turkey burgers wrapped in lettuce topped with tomatoes and avocado.

I am not going anywhere, but generally I don't stay on track, log it honestly, drink plenty of water as you go. Life happens. Or you can pack a lunch.

My family routine is a massive BBQ, with leftovers for the next 3-4 days.

    My strategy--

    a. find recipes for grilling vegetables
    b. buy a ton of veggies for grilling.

So now I have the following fridge 'leftovers'--

    a. grilled eggplant 'steaks'
    b. grilled portobellow mushroom slices
    c. pan seared peppers [cooked in mini cast iron skillet on the grill
    d. shrimp shishkabobs [those went quick!] with celery, carrots, sumer squash and zuccinni medallions.
