How is everyone doing with the meal plan? I am doing OK, but feel like I am eating all the time. Doing 3 meals 2 snacks.
Would love to share any meals/ combos that are good. On day 3 and love my chicken fajita meat, brown rice, broccoli, feta cheese, with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar- my rice bowl.

Well I am On day #1 Morning and Just planning, It does look like we are always eating, But I have lost in the past that way! Friends I am :frown: I can not do the exersice till August because of foot surgery. :drinker: off to hobble on crutches to get my 2nd 24 oz water of morning! :happy: lets do this!0
