My name is Lisa out of Boston, MA. I hope all is well with you.

A little little bit about me - I have not been struggling with my weight over the last 20+ years because I just let it come and make a home. I did the occasional diet here and there which I didn't maintain. I didn't make it a lifestyle change. I had not changed my mind. Now I'm over it and the NOTICE has gone out. I have a useless spare tire around my middle that I can't use for my car, it doesn't keep me from being hungry and it sure don't keep me warm. So it's time to GO!!!

I am looking forward to this challenge with all of you. Let me know how I can be of help to you during. Don't hesitate!

I am sending requests. If we do not touch base before the 4th... Have a wonderful and safe weekend!

Hey there! I'm Jisha. My weight gain started ever since i got a job and hence the lack of time to workout. I want to lose around 15kg. I want to look good and find dresses that fit me well. I do not have any health issues and want to avoid it in the future. My weight has never affected my confidence and self image and hence i was never conscious of any gain. But now i have trouble getting into my favorite clothes and also shopping is a little stressing.

Hey everyone, I'm Jeanette. I have always been overweight, since childhood really. I got to a healthy weight for a short while in high school, mostly by portion control and eating plenty veggies. I put the weight back on in college. Also while in college I learned to enjoy running, which helped me get closer to a healthy weight, but after a trip out of the country and getting away from my routine, I stopped running altogether and my diet went out the window. I am now on a diet program for weight loss, similar to Weight Watchers, and it works for me when I stick to it. Sweets frequently tempt me to be unfaithful to my diet program. :( I work in an office where sweets get brought in almost daily (in the events department, so all of their leftovers come to us). I have asked my coworkers to help me avoid the sweets, so we are putting them in a less accessible location and hoping that will help. The sweets are my biggest downfall and it always seems like, once I have one bite of a sweet, I just have to have more and more! It is a terrible cycle. I have found some friends to run with during the week, we run 1.5-2.5 miles each day Monday to Friday. I have been enjoying it and appreciate their accountability. I want to get to a healthy weight to avoid health problems in the future and to just feel better about myself!! Trying to make a lifestyle change :)

Jiagetsfit... I am walking daily and I started incorporating some running intervals with it. I am also doing a 30 day plank & squat challenge.
