Hi everyone, I just got the 21 day herbal AM/PM Cleanse, should I take this with my herbalife meal? Or should I have it right before bed and as soon as I wake up? Any suggestions and personal experiences with this product would be great!

    I take the AM tablets with my morning shake and the PM tablets with my evening snack.
